We would all like to know how long our online orders take to arrive; it could be that you want it before the weekend or for someone’s birthday. Whatever the reasons you can find out a stores average delivery time for each delivery option (that is if data exists).

At Christmas time a user has told us that he used the website to order a Christmas gift from Amazons preferred merchant.  However, the cut off date had passed and that was the only store that had it in stock. He checked our website and found that standard delivery for that store was three days, so he ordered using first class delivery and it was delivered on Christmas Eve.

You can view a more detailed version where you can select a delivery option and the day you plan to order, this will give you a graph of the most likely days it would arrive on based on the data we have.

You can view the top 10 stores with the best delivery performance for specific categories such as entertainment, fashion etc.

Check a stores pre-order performance for DVDs, games and CDs, we would all like to get a pre-order on release date at least.

The website also has a delivery offer section where you can find what stores are offering free delivery, free upgraded delivery or reduced their free delivery threshold for a limited time.
