confirmed legends like Mad Professor and Daddy Freddy, and
we’re about to sign up many more. So whether you’re an ardent
reggae fan, or just want to come and experience the peace-and-
love vibe, grab yourself some tickets to a weekender like no
other!”
The One Love Festival is set in a large clearing in Hainault Forest
on the outskirts of North East London. Thousands of reggae fans
will be treated to masses of open space and acres of ancient
woodland, all with easy access to the centre of the city and just
10mins from the M25.
More headline acts are being confirmed all the way through till the summer, so why not grab tickets early and get ready for a summer’s weekend of dub and reggae vibes. Tickets are available from the One Love website, onelovefestival.co.uk.
-Notes to Editors-
One Love Festival is now in its 4th year.
The festival was born as the UK’s 30th Anniversary celebration of Bob Marley’s famous 1978 One Love Concert, where he joined the hands of political rivals, Michael Manley (PNP) and Edward Seaga (JLP) accompanied by a flash of lighting and clap of thunder from the heavens. Following the concert the opposing factions cooled down the conflict and eased the erupting civil war.
2011 will be the second year in which the festival has been held in Hainault Forest Country Park.
Only 500 tickets are being released for the special early bird price. Only tickets purchased online between 1st December 2010 and 3rd January 2011 are eligible for the discounted rate.
Full price tickets will be £110 for the weekend, with children and family discounts available.
