The Serengeti® and Jota AMR partnership has been formed to demonstrate their passion for driving and to showcase their joint quest for excellence. Serengeti® will provide sunglasses to the Jota Sport drivers and team members which will give them the best vision possible both on and off the track.
Serengeti®, traditionally the preferred choice of professional drivers and pilots, has a history of optical excellence. Using a technology which was initially developed to produce top-of-the-range windscreens for the auto industry, Serengeti® lenses selectively filtrate the light spectrum and make road signs, road markings, red lights and all the undulations of the road that much more visible, heightening contrasts and sharpening details of the road surface to improve vision, even in fog and rain. Combined with photochromic and polarized technologies, Serengeti® sunglasses adjust to varying light conditions and eliminate glare giving unsurpassed clarity and comfort. Jota Sport prepared race cars have competed 4 times in the world-famous Le Mans 24 Hours race and taken podiums across five seasons of the Le Mans Series. No fewer than four F1 drivers and three Le Mans 24 Hour winners have driven for this prestigious team.
