Altodigital, a leading independent supplier of digital print and document solutions to businesses across the UK, is delighted to announce its strategic partnership with leading sports and fashion retailer, Puma UK Ltd.
Puma is one of the world’s most desirable sports lifestyle companies that designs and develops footwear, apparel and accessories.
In September 2010, Puma UK Ltd installed a new print solution, Altodigital provided live hardware and software, cementing the two sides’ partnership, which has stretched back for over 10 years. Having previously supplied Puma UK with a fleet of Ricoh and Kyocera photocopiers, Altodigital is pleased to now provide a fully automated service and support system at Puma UK, coupled with a Safecom print management solution, moving the relationship leagues on.
Dave Butler IT manager at Puma UK Ltd comments: “We are delighted to have extended our partnership with Altodigital, and through their implementation of Safecom we are in full control of our printing needs. Now we can track our specific departmental and user printing patterns and cross charge internally.”
The solution also ensures that when a toner cartridge needs replacing, an automated email is sent to IT support, enabling a replacement cartridge to be dispatched immediately. “The man hours Altodigital’s print management solution has saved our IT team has been invaluable. It has allowed them to devote their time to other matters. We have seen a profound rise in efficiency and productivity, with happier staff members and cost savings across the entire company” added Butler.
Andy Hargreaves, Altodigital Account Manager continues: “Having such a famous and well respected brand, like Puma UK Ltd, using our print management solutions is a great testament to how far Altodigital has come in addressing market demands and shows the ability of the company to respond to market requirements. We now manage Puma UK’s printing needs across the country ranging from Batley in West Yorkshire, Manchester, Leatherhead and across London.
