MACHIAVELLI BACKGROUND: Purveyors of fine food for many years now, the Machiavelli brand is based on the simple concept of offering the very best Italian produce to the people of the UK, a concept which has led to this, the brand’s own restaurant in London’s West End. Started in the mid-90s, Machiavelli has earned a reputation as one of the capital’s best providers of Italian food, selling to many of the capital’s most renowned restaurants, so as you may well expect all the food here is the most delicious, purest and authentic of its kind.
In The Kitchen, you’ll enjoy a casual, café style atmosphere with a large communal table at its centre and a unique retail offering of the best Italian food products, homeware and books on Italy. The Kitchen also boasts a Larder featuring a wide array of specialty Italian cheese and charcuterie.
In the more formal Dining Room you’re invited to relax in an upmarket stylish setting. Using the very produce that has made the Machiavelli name, the menu is full of Italian charm and flavour, the ingredients brought to life in creative modern dishes and accompanied, of course, by the finest Italian wines.
OWNER BACKGROUND Ninai and Andrew Zarach began as importers of Italian goods in 1996 based on their sheer love of Italy and passion for incredible quality food.
