In order to guarantee the uninterrupted development of channel activities and maintain the best possible service to partners, Ged will work closely with Patrick Quinn, the former Channel Account Manager for this region, who will retire later this year.
Ged Cairns has a long history and a strong background in the field of Automatic Identification (AutoID). Before joining Datamax-O’Neil, he held several management positions in well-known companies such as Psion Teklogix, Thales Telecommunication Services and Jade Communications. In his most recent assignment, Ged worked as a Business Development Manager at Herbert Retail, a technology and services supplier to the tier 1 food retail vertical, where he was also responsible for partner management.
