Looking for some sporting action? Why not try the Blue Chip Newquay Zapcat Grand Prix on 23^rd -25^th of April 2010. The Zapcat power boats races are being held on Fistral Beach, in Newquay.

What is a Zapcat I here you ask? Well, these are small inflatable powerboats which are built for speed. The boats are catamarans, which mean they have a twin hull; this makes them manoeuvrable at high speeds. The 50 horse power engines make the Zapcats a fantastic sport to watch.

The Zapcat racing will give you a whole weekend of free entertainment; with 35+ races, opportunities to meet the teams, and a range of entertainment.

This event is likely to prove a testing time for all teams taking part, so an exciting couple of days is to be expected.
