Hardy Geraniums make for big colour in your garden and they're easy to grow. Whilst they prefer full sun they're happy too in partial shade. Bees love these bright flowers and the hardy geraniums in my own garden look stunning and are flowering now!
Geranium Pink Penny Pack of 2 bare root plants is only £10.95
It's a really lovely hybrid hardy geranium will produce masses of large saucer-shaped pink flowers from early summer onwards, and has the added bonus of attractive autumn foliage. It is easy to grow and trouble free. Height 30-40cm. Flowers from June until October Ideal for beds and borders, patio pots and containers. Prefers full sun or partial shade so flexible on where it can go. It will spread out year after year but can be cut back - and it's easy to move bits of the plant as it spreads to fill the garden with colour, or pass on bits of the plant to neighbours so they can share the pink flowers too!
Most bare root plants should be soaked for an hour before planting and watered regularly for a week or so after they've been planted out. This gives them a good start. Always read the instructions that come with the plants though.
